ClubRainforestbaskets rewards you for purchasing Hösig Di from The Meares Collection and for the purchases of your referred friends and family. To make your life simpler, we’ll maintain several pieces of ClubRainforestbaskets information for you:

• Gallery Points Awarded gives you the total number of points that you have earned for your Rainforestbaskets.com purchases.
• Gallery Points Applied tells you how many points you have applied toward your Rainforestbaskets.com purchases.
• Gallery Points Available shows the balance of points remaining to apply towards your next purchase from Rainforestbaskets.com.

Referrals help us to build an even broader economic support system for basket weavers. Registration is free and easy. The benefits add up.

• Receive one (1) ClubRainforestbaskets point for every dollar you spend—that includes the purchase of Gift Certificates.
• Refer someone you care about who registers with ClubRainforestbaskets, and you earn one (1) ClubRainforestbaskets point for every dollar they spend.  They earn points and so do you.
• Each ClubRainforestbaskets point has a value of $0.25 in Rainforestbaskets.com gallery credit.

Now, for the icing on the cake. There is no limit to the number of ClubRainforestbaskets points you can accumulate. Think of what that means at holiday time. You can apply your ClubRainforestbaskets points immediately against your next purchase.  You can use your Clubrainforestbaskets reward points for up to 50% of the purchase price of your selection.

ClubRainforestbaskets policy is summarized below.

• Points are awarded for the actual dollar value of the merchandise ordered. Shipping or other delivery charges and any applicable sales tax are not eligible for ClubRainforestbaskets points.
• Points are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to cancel the membership of anyone who practices fraudulent activity.
• Points cannot be combined with any other ArtofDiscovery.com or Rainforestbaskets.com discount.

All ClubRainforestbaskets policies and procedures are subject to change without notice. The ClubRainforestbaskets program may be terminated without notice. All accrued points earned through the program will be honored for 60 days after the program terminates.

Ordering Information and Payment Options

• All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.  A currency exchanger will be added to the site in the very near future. 

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and regularly accomodate bank wire transfers.  We also accept your personal check but must hold your order until it clears unless you are an existing customer. 

• To e-mail us of your request, you may use the “Inquire” feature for the item of interest, or call 505.920.6712 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., MST, Monday through Friday, except holidays.  Feel free to leave us a message, but please do not leave your credit card number.  We will be happy to return your call to assist you with your purchase. At your request, we will e-mail you a PDF file for your receipt.

Shipping & Insurance

• Item prices do not include shipping and insurance.

• Items will be shipped after full payment has been received.

• Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each order shipped to a single address. If an order is shipped in multiple packages, but still to one address, there are no additional shipping charges. A signature will be required at delivery for all orders over $1,000.

• International shipping is available.  Any customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are sorry to say that international orders are NOT returnable due to the complexities and expenses of today's world wide customs, taxes, and tariff laws. If you are an international buyer, please inquire carefully. We are happy to provide detailed responses and additional images to your inquiries.

• Orders typically ship the next business day.

Return and Exchange Policy

ArtofDiscovery.com and Rainforestbaskets.com are committed to your satisfaction.  When your item(s) arrive(s), your inspection and approval period begins. In the event that your order does not satisfy you, simply return it within 7 consecutive days after receiving it in the condition in which it was shipped.

Please call to notify us first.  The cost of return shipping and insurance to cover full value is your responsibility.  Select tracking with your UPS, FedEx or USPS return.  Ship to: Rainforestbaskets.com, 24 Chusco Rd., Santa Fe, NM 87508. In the event that your return item is lost, we will require tracking information from you to assist the carrier in recovering the shipment or issuing replacement cost. Please be advised that we cannot issue a refund for any unrecoverable or uninsured item.

Refunds and Credits

If you are entitled to a refund rather than a replacement, we will notify you via e-mail, and your account will be credited upon the item's receipt. Or, you may elect gallery credit instead, which will be available to you within 24 hours of receipt of your return.

Damaged Shipment

Please follow these simple steps to return an order damaged in shipment:

• Retain original packing materials.  Without them, we may not be able to issue you a refund.
• E-mail or call us at 505.920.6712 with a description of the damage, and we will provide you with further instructions.
• We will e-mail confirmation of your refund immediately upon our receipt of the damaged item. Or, you may choose to replace a damaged item with another of the same value, or upgrade your selection by paying the difference in cost. You will not be charged shipping on the replacement.

Interior Designers Please Note:

Interior designers may be eligibile for volume discounts. Designers are welcome to obtain baskets "on approval," which extends the return date beyond the normal 7 consecutive days required for a retail sale to 21 consecutive days. All baskets must be prepaid before being shipped. Please note: a 5% restocking fee will be deducted on charge-card purchases shipped to the design firm for client approval but then returned for credit. This 5% restocking fee on returns from credit-card purchased items can be avoided by creating a direct wire-transfer deposit to our business account. (That's because we are charged the merchant fees coming and going on these transactions. These fees are not refundable to us even though merchandise has been returned.) Please call for wire transfer information. Design firms earn ClubRainforestbaskets points just as does any collector.

Be assured that all financial information is handled confidentially and securely.  And, as dedicated environmentalists, we oppose the reams of junk mail that overflow mailboxes and end up in landfills. We neither dispose of information that could create an opportunity for identity theft nor disclose your information to anyone.  We do not sell our customer names and mailing lists.
