Lifetime Exchange/Step-Up Plan
Rainforestbaskets.com® offers a Full Lifetime Exchange on all purchases. This rare guarantee attests to the lasting value of the art-level woven works that we offer.
Through our unique "Step-Up Plan," we guarantee that any of our woven artworks may be exchanged for full credit of original purchase price, which will be applied toward a new woven artwork of higher value purchased from Rainforestbaskets.com®. The artwork being traded in must still be in the pristine condition that it was originally purchased. Any damage due to improper display, fading, staining, or animal damage will disqualify a work from being traded in toward another acquisition. Credit for the trade may be used toward the full retail list price of any artwork in our collection. We do not offer cash refunds on any purchase for any reason.
